I will admit they tried very hard to resolve but could not tell me why this was occurring. I did have two issues with the trial version which Acronis support was completely useless for. TI 2015 works for me in the way I use it. I was concerened about all those who have had issues with TI 2015, howver I have not experienced any major issues. I was a user of TI 11 (not TI 2011) and it worked very well. This process makes it very quick to recover from a disaster. What I do is make a full disk backup, then from that make a full bootable disk as a spare if anything goes wrong. I may use disk cloning but do not feel it necessary. First let me say I am only using two functions of TI 2015, file backup and full disk backup on Win 7 64 bit home.
